Mr. Dayanand your team had picked my goods and it's 4 days since they took the item from Bangalore, they are not even answering my calls
ReplyDeletePlease read carefully ⚠️ for WEST BENGAL PEOPLE.It is a company when u give the quotation they will promptly go to home and settle down all the matter..ph no ended with (8828 one boy). After that they will pack your goods in their track and will ask to pay full payment (call will come from one female staff KUS*M ph no ended with 4321 from ALIPORE WB). If u pay full..agony will start on that moment if not pay they will unload ur household very badly and will break ur goods.
DeleteAfter paying full payment no one will pick up ur call and they will give a fake consignment no. U cant not track ur things. After few days several times calling they will provide one HYREDABAD ph no ended with 4936..They all used fake name. The Hyderabad person is very very rude and not at all gentlemen man and provide u fasle delivery date and location. Now second part will start if u are too lucky to contact them and can trace your house hold, they will say ur goods already in ware house for 3 days and u have to pay 4000 extra for halting godown and for labour 3000/-. Again ur agony start. If u pay they will ask more for different reason if u not pay they will break ur house hold. Atleast whatever the date they will give u. After that add 15 days more. In the mean time ur 50% house hold will be damaged. Now after 1 month if u get ur SAAMAN, maximum they will not single pieced. The people using BADE BHAIYA, that is also FAKE. They are not ⚡⚡the Bade Bhaiya and TOPI (HAT) WALA AGARWAL. They are using the logo and pic of BADE BHAIYA also fake. Not put ur leg into their trap. They made their apps and online page in such a way..u will confuse. Be wise.

GC Number: 4592390 ( Car ) : Received car is very bad contentions. Rear wiper is missing, same informed to DRS persons (Mr Mandip, mobile number 8763857783). When it arrive to Bangalore DRS goddam, delivery boy informed me that there is no fuel in car. I was surprise to hear that, when ground staff picked my car from house (Greater Noida), that time there was around 20 liters of fuel same mentioned in consignee copy also. More over it seems my car is delivers to me by third party not from DRS packers and Movers after 1 months from picked up date (04/05/2018).
House hold items delivered to me in very pathetic conditions. Following items are damages -
1. Both Bed matters: I have received it both mattress in very wet conditions. Pic attached.
2. Sofa set ( 2 Sofa Chair and one big sofa): All sofa's front legs is completely broken.
3. Dining set: 3 Chairs leg is completely broken, Dining table top is partially damage.
4. Computer Table: It is broken to five piece. It doesn't seems to repairable for me.
5. Big Photo frame: Glass is broken
6. Refrigerator: Big dent on front door of refrigerator
7. Micro Oven: Glass is broken
8. Almierea: Big dent on front door
9. Steel Trunk: Body got damage and dented heavily
10. Bed play got damage
11. Other items like watch, photo frame are damage badly
After many call and follow-up, DRS conducted the survey for damage items. Survey is completed by Mr Kuldeep ( Mobile number: 9379695932).
He promised to me that soon Carpenter will visit and repair the items. Based on that he will processed with claim statement. Now it is more than month time, I am following him on daily basis to get this done.
To be very frank with you, I thought so far that your esteemed organization of such name and fame will provide good quality of customer satisfaction but, this experience of mine has left me looking like all are useless liar.
As you claims that DRS APM India's largest and No.1 in relocation company, now it is time to evaluate at ground reality.

Message :I faced lot of problems with your worst team, my house hold has been picked by your team on 25th March 2019 and the commitment was given by your team that my materials are going in a single vehicle of 17 feet lenth, and same shall reach destination at Dhenkanal (759001) on or before 27th March 2019 7.00A.M. But till now i did't get clear communication by your team after several requests wether it was dispatched or not. Regarding this I contacted Mr. Sugan Sarma (Head AP& TS), but he is escaped with giving some others number of Mr. Anil Reddy (9393064321) & he told he was in leave. I called Mr.Anil Reddy and he also not giving proper reply and simply given two re numbers (9391773525 & 9347409293) of tracking team which numbers are not connecting. After that i called to 040 66064036 and they said that consignment may reach on or after 2nd April 2019, but my materials has to be sent by separate vehicle and they charged Rs.40000/-(Rs.32000/- (80%) Already paid in advance. I was totally fate and situation became very worst due to your un professional and unethical team. After that i called to Mr. VINOD KOUSHIK who came to me and convinced me to book my consignment with your company, he did't attending my calls up to moretahan 20rings and he sending watsapp maessages to call to your vijayawada manager Mr. Kishan Shrama who also not attending my calls. After that i threatened Mr.Vinod that if he was not send my materials within time i will complaint on him to M.D Mr.sha along with his call recordings of those he asked and taken bribe/ commission which was not shown in bill. Then he send two numbers ( 7891233069 & 9391177309) of godown in charge Mr.Tehpal. When i called to Mr.Tejpal he is not giving proper reply whether my materials dispatched or not even today. No one is not taking responsibility from your entire team including state heads after getting contract from customers. Before giving lifting my materials i have asked your person Vinod koushik, that my materials has to reach to destination on 27th March2019 before 7.00A.M, and he given me that commitment then only i accepted this deal. And i booked train tickets with along with my family including my two little female kids(1 is 6yrs and another 1 is 10months) and i reached to dhenkanal. Till 3 days we living with out cooking of food and sleeping on solid floor without any bedding at least pillows. Please imagine if the same happened to you and your family. Here i want mention one thing.. That Mr. Vonod Koushik and Mr. Kishan sarma both are worst people who taking aditional amount from customers after negotiations, for me they finalized Rs.42000/- and they told i have to pay Rs.40000/- to company's account and Rs.2000/- in cash to them as commission. Any ways i paid as they asked. If you required i can send all call recording as above said. Still iam waiting to get confirmation of my materials whether dispatched or not, if dispatched where is that when it will reach, they have send in a single vehicle separately direct to my home.

Your people has misplaced my bike on the way to destination by unloading it at wrong place. Now it is more than 1 month, I had not received my bike. I had done full payment in advance. Please do the needful in getting my bike as I am not getting any support from Bangalore and Lucknow staff.

Your people has misplaced my bike on the way to destination by unloading it at wrong place. Now it is more than 1 month, I had not received my bike. I had done full payment in advance. Mr Dayanand it has been more than 1.5 year passed, my claim has not been settled, I have approached almost every one in your company including Mr A K but no one is bothered to responce.
